In 2006, Emerson Reid established My Benefit Advisor (MBA), an employee benefits consulting firm designed to guide employers through the complexity of planning, communicating and managing a successful employee benefits program. MBA's client relationships are driven exclusively through a select group of brokers. In today's competitive marketplace our brokers need to quickly attract the customer's interest, be able to meet their full range of employee benefit needs, and provide the value added programs that increase client retention. As a true General Agent, brokers are our only clients. We invest in our support model by adding specialized experts, exclusive programs, and innovative technology.
