Oxleas NHS Foundation Trust is one of the most successful and innovative healthcare providers in the country. Since becoming a Foundation Trust in 2006 the organisation has continued to thrive and now provides integrated mental health, learning disabilities and community services for much of South East London and a range of more specialist services in Kent and other counties. Oxleas has worked hard to develop an organisational culture based on excellent care, valuing people and placing the needs of service users at the very centre of all decision making – it is this approach that has won the Trust numerous accolades over the years including as one of the HSJ’s Best Places to Work 2014. Oxleas is a great place to work - we regularly achieve highest ranking results in the National Staff Survey. View our current vacancies here: We provide care for people of all ages and work closely with a variety of partners to ensure that our services are well-integrated and wide-ranging.
