With over 8 years of startup leadership in Austin, I've been able to encounter and resolve countless Operations problems at pre-funding, growth, stability and profitability stage SaaS organizations. I've built multiple Salesforce instances from the ground up in contractor and non-contractor roles, and helped hack revenue growth through iterative, optimizable sales and marketing processes. Through process automation and tool building, I help maximize the impact of employees/teams and reduce error rates on business critical processes. Through Business Process Design and Sales Operations, I build Reportable and Repeatable Systems that allow both accurate KPIs and user accountability to be tracked and enforced.
