Amanda serves as Vice President of Marketing & Innovation at Merchants Fleet. As a cross-functional leader, Amanda oversees the design & implementation of enterprise-wide marketing and innovation projects & initiatives. Since joining in 2018, Amanda and her team have led, launched and supported a full corporate rebrand project, go-to-market strategy for 6 new business lines, a corporate move to a new 55,000-square-foot HQ facility, the company’s first Fleet Summit industry event, a brand new Innovation Department, and the integration of two operating companies under one brand architecture. Amanda served as the marketing lead for the company’s growth financing initiative, bringing in $50 Million from Bain Capital Credit. She facilitates the Merchants Academy Emerging Leaders development program and has trained over 45 team members at Merchants. Her vision is to inspire all to achieve success in both their professional and personal lives. Through these efforts, Amanda and her teams create exceptional experiences for prospects, clients, and employees. Prior to joining Merchants, Amanda spent 5 years with velocityHUB, a leadership training & consulting firm. She earned a position as Partner and was responsible for training leaders through professional development programs across 15 diverse industries for companies such as HP Enterprise, Dell Corporation, and ProtoLabs. She also served as a marketing, strategy, innovation, and process management consultant to corporate clients. Amanda is the Co-Founder of The Victory Academy, a sports and education leadership training division of velocityHUB, where she served as a leadership coach to thousands of students and student-athletes at over 40 institutions to include Brown University, Dartmouth College, and Tufts University. Amanda was recognized in 2020 as one of the NH Business Review Most Outstanding Women in Business, in 2019 as a NH Seacoast “10toWatch” finalist, in 2018 as a member of the NH Forty Under 40 class, and in 2015 as the Greater Nashua Chamber of Commerce Young Professional of the Year. Additionally, Amanda volunteers across the community, and enjoys the opportunity to work with and impact young women through athletics and leadership. Amanda received her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration from Boston University, where she also played Division 1 lacrosse for the Terriers. Amanda has the unique ability to create a vision at 30,000 feet and add value at the ground level. She’s committed to enriching the lives of the people on her teams who are exercising that vision.
