My professional goal is to be increasingly recognized as a person who generates improvement in both the processes and the teams in which I work. Since the beginning of my career, when I integrated global teams of continuous improvement and best practices transfer, I learned the value of Lean tools (mainly A3!), KPI, standardization, planning and good project execution. This knowledge - and a bit of luck - led me to a 1.5 year experience as an engineer in the USA, what makes me feel proud of myself due to the quick personal and professional development experiencing different situations, even some difficult and / or funny ones. The specialization in Lean Six Sigma added knowledge in statistics, Minitab, data analysis and larger experience in: Kaizen, VSM, TPM, SMED, 5S, poka yoke, etc. Today I am happy to learn, remember and, mainly, apply this knowledge. The constant search for courses, books/articles and professional updating is one of my most striking strengths. Super inspired by Aristotle, I try to make the pursuit of excellence a habit, independent on how distant it may be.
