Over 10 years of experience in the IT and application management, since 2007 in managerial roles. I started as software developer for Engineering S.p.A., the first Italian company in IT consulting and services, among the top 10 in Europe. Several years spent as Technical Analyst and Project Manager for Consorzio Operativo MPS: during this period my specialistic skills (involving  managing and developing client/server, web application and business reporting) and my  teamwork skills have been demonstrated. I was an IT auditor for 8 years and now I’m working in Information Security Area. • Knowledge of Security Standards, Policies and Governance frameworks (e.g. ISO/IEC 27001, NIST, Framework Nazionale per la Cybersecurity e la Data Protection) • Perform regular assessments of local cybersecurity posture, engaging and coordinating with local IT colleagues, and lead the evaluation/prioritization of findings • Interact with Internal Audit in auditing activities related to information security • Define reference practices and architectures for local cybersecurity and their roadmap for continuous improvement, with a risk-oriented attitude • Prioritize, plan and monitor detection/protection solutions to be performed by local IT, taking part to the definition of technical requirements and specifications. • Promote and coordinate initiatives for cybersecurity awareness • Design local cyber incident response plans harmonized with global incident response. • Coordinate a cybersecurity governance team.
