Lead digital marketing strategy development and execution. Effective P&L management to scale the business to new heights to attain leadership position Excellent cross functional collaboration skills with commercial excellence ,Sales, marketing,logistics, procurement, customer service, technical service teams Good communicator with stakeholder management skills Currently accountable for sales and marketing of Erba range of hematology , Coagulation & ESR analyzers in India. Job skills include market survey , product life cycle management , market strategy, sales & operations, new launch, devising marketing & sales strategies and campaigns, KOL management ,conducting UGM and roadshows/ webinars ,customer relationship management , training , Promotion through digital media tools , call centre , conducting CME's and scientific seminars , ,budget allocation , driving sales team for sustaining leadership status in business segment , inventory management , Implementation of digital marketing tools in business segment
