Ashutosh Shukla is VP of Sales for the US, Europe and UK at IGT Solutions. In the past he SVP of Sales at Visionet, responsible for US Sales, Alliance Management, and Advisory Relations. He was instrumental in winning accounts like Estee Lauder, Hickory Farms, etc. He also bootstrapped advisory relations for Visionet, especially with ISG. In the past, he worked at Happiest Minds While, at Happiest Minds he and his team have won marquee clients like Colgate-Palmolive, Walt Disney, Discover, Flextronics, Victoria's Secret, and many more Prior to this, he was AVP and Senior IT leader at Infosys responsible for the Travel, Hospitality and Services Sector in the Americas (USA/Mexico/Lat AM),. Prior to joining Infosys he was with Mindtree for 14 years. He joined Mindtree when it was a USD 6 Million company and helped the company grow to USD 600 Million through his business development efforts and large strategic deals. While at Mindtree he was instrumental in opening marquee accounts like AIG, AMEX, The Home Depot, Pepsi, Kraft. He also managed the sales team for the USA. He led his team to win accounts like Kodak, Marriott, South West Airlines, P&G, and many more. During his long stay at Mindtree, he played various senior management and strategic roles such as Global Head for Travel Vertical (P&L of 102 Million). Prior to joining Mindtree, Ashutosh worked at IBM (ASEAN/SA) at Kuala Lumpur as Marketing Manager for Unix Servers. He was with IBM from 1995 till 2001. During this tenure, he also worked on an assignment as Product Manager for IBM AS/400 servers at Rochester, MN. He started his career at Wipro Infotech Limited in 1992. Ashutosh holds Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering and is a University Gold Medal winner at MBA from one of India’s premier institutes – R. A. Podar Institute of Management, Jaipur. In 2005 Ashutosh was nominated by Mindtree to attend a course on negotiation at Harvard and in 2009 Ashutosh was nominated by Mindtree to attend a Management Development Program at Wharton Specialties: Sales Management; Organization leadership and general management.
