I’m an editor and writer primarily covering company policy, best practices for management and leadership, allyship, women's rights, and diversity, equity, and inclusion. I’ve also written extensively about tourism and development in the South. I’m passionate about helping people of all backgrounds succeed and educating myself and others on barriers to advancement. A Mizzou journalism grad, I’ve lived and worked in three cities in recent years: Atlanta, Charlotte, and Durham.
