I keep things simple, and strive to find the most efficient way for my teams to complete projects. By leveraging my interpersonal communication skills, I can build trust quickly, clearly communicate and help my teams get to faster decision making. My desire in the near future is to manage people, and continue building my leadership capabilities. I love spending time with my family, being in the outdoors, and playing/watching sports.
