Starting my new journey with Amtrak as a Senior Systems Engineer and direct IT Application Support representative of the Amtrak Police Department. Gained working knowledge and five years of experience with Public Safety software technologies, Windows technologies, and Database technologies working for a highly innovative development company. Also gained experience in Tech Support, Project Management, QA, Delivery, Process, Scrum, and Development. Software specialties include Police and Fire Record Management Software, Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Mobile Response, Tablet Apps, Report Writing, 3rd party interfacing, and Microsoft Software including Windows Server, Active Directory, MSSQL, and a variety of Microsoft Office products. Roles: Project Management, Software Implementation, Troubleshoot, Testing, Customer Service, Prototype/Design, Interface, Report Writing (SSRS), SQL, and Training(both employees and users).
