Litigation Attorney at Cordell & Cordell
Brody is an associate at PADRM and a recent graduate of the George Washington University Law School. Before attending law school, he graduated summa cum laude from the University of Utah with a degree in Economics. During his time at George Washington, he was recognized as a Thurgood Marshall Scholar. Notably, he worked in the White House, assisting at the Office of National Drug Control Policy, where he not only provided legal counsel but was involved in policy making. He has a sizable litigation background, as he spent time with the District of Columbia’s Attorney General, served as a prosecutor for the state of Maryland, and volunteered for George Washington’s indigent criminal defense clinic. As a result, he participated in several negotiations, spent considerable time in court, drafted appellate motions, and delivered many favorable outcomes for his clients. Brody has built upon these experiences at PADRM, and focuses his practice on commercial litigation, landlord-tenant law, criminal defense, and estate planning.
