Cecilia has over 25 years of experience managing financial and operational activities and human resources at private and third sector organizations. Prior to her current role, she was the COO of CEBDS - Conselho Empresarial Brasileiro para o Desenvolvimento Sustentável (BCSD Brazil), the Brazilian branch of WBCSD - World Business Council for Sustainable Development), from 2013 to 2017, and the COO of Ccaps Translation and Localization, from 2001 to 2011. Her experience in the area of project management encompasses the planning and control of resources, deadlines, suppliers and clients. During her career, she has also overseen sales, marketing, and business development teams. She is a skilled professional in analysis, conception, redesign and implementation of processes that promote cost reduction and results over the short, medium and long terms. She is recognized by her advanced communication and relationship skills, dynamism, multifunctional administrative capacity, logical reasoning and a high level of self-involvement.
