My passion is solving problems, and ADP has put me in a position to consult externally with current and prospective clients, as well as internally with business and product partners, to let me apply myself in ways that can fulfill that passion. I have been fortunate to be able to progress throughout my 20 year career path across a variety of industries, both domestically and internationally, and with a wide range of employers. This range of experiences has afforded me the opportunity to work with thousands of great organizations of all sizes, and allowed me to learn from some very smart people. In my consulting engagements, I look to leverage those experiences and bring the best ideas and solutions to the project. As a manager of people, I also strive to help develop great talent and thoroughly enjoy seeing others succeed as well.
