I am an opportunistic Store Manager, who is a fashion seeker, with an engaging personality to drive sales and build a talented team to run a multi million dollar business in one of the most unique and prestigious neighborhoods of NYC. I am also a motivated, determined, sales-driven, people builder and a creative Store Manager with 7 years of retail experience. Started my career as a sales associate at Armani Exchange and fell in love with building strong relationships with clients and in turn maximizing sales through clienteling. Being opportunistic gave me the chance to challenge my skill sets, grow within Armani Exchange, and flourish at Michael Kors (present). I am now a well rounded Store Manager who is able to analyze a business through respected company initiatives, create my own action plan by being creative/innovative and start new initiatives, understand inventory and the major role it plays in the success of a business, and train/develop a team to embody the companies' policy and vision. I consistently promote talent from within and train my staff to create strong relationships all around. The experience I create in the Michael Kors store is unique, contagious, energetic, and new to clients.
