Hi and welcome to my page :) My name is Denis Panov. I like: - running (with and without my dog, up to the marathon distance and longer), - German (I'm a Board Member of an international German-speaking rhetoric club), - networking (I am a member of several international clubs and chambers) - new technologies (and their application in my life). I am a «Glass half-full» kind of person and believe that the difficult is what can be done right now, and the impossible is what can be done after a while. The last 15 years (after a journalist and university career with a PhD degree) I work in the online recruitment solutions industry, classical and direct search, virtual and f2f Soft Skills trainings as well as related professional services. And I am also responsible for the business development of Gi Group in Russia and, in particular, of its training subsidiary Tack TMI. This is an amazing company with a great history. One of its roots goes back to the 40s of the last century, to the recovering after the bombing London. It was here that the Tack brothers came up with an idea to conduct a Sales training... – the first time in Europe! It is also difficult to imagine, the banal nowadays idea that time can - and should - be managed has its own author and also once took its shape. The shape of a book, of a series of training products, of a company – named Time Management International (TMI). This is how the TMI-Abbreviation was deciphered at the time of its foundation in 1975 in Copenhagen by Klaus Moeller. The long-term cooperation between Tack TMI and Gi Group, which grew into a joint business in 2016, opens up for our partners here in Russia an opportunity to receive in-depth local expertise enriched by worldwide training practice.
