One example of savings, while at Boart Longyear was defining the system downtime schedule, which increased the customer survey rating from a 2 to a 4 while saving the IT department over 200 hours of unnecessary downtime. * IT Enhancements: Developed and implemented the IT methodology for Aftermarket Technology Corp., which included a hybrid of SOX, ITIL, and CMM.
