Provide overall strategic planning, recruiting, and student engagement • Serve as steering committee member for partnership with Ruffalo Noel Levitz • Committee Member for the University’s 2021 reaffirmation by the Southern Association of Colleges & Schools; Sub-Committee Chair (Sections 2, 3, 11) • Lead divisional assessment planning, administration, and program reviews • Design and implement the onboarding experience for all Student Affairs Professional and Graduate level staff members • Lead the development and implementation of Division of Student Affairs’ strategic plan • Plan, oversee, and administer professional development initiatives for the Division including utilization of the University’s Strengths Philosophy Initiative Director for Residential Living & Learning Tarleton State University, June 2006-September 2012 • Provide overall direction and leadership for all aspects of a housing and residence life program Baylor University, Jan 1997-June 2006 • Provide overall direction and leadership for residential learning in the residence halls
