Elliott has 15 years experience in the health and fitness profession as a Personal Trainer, performing over 10000 hours of Personal Training in his career so far. Elliott's journey from AIF graduate to personal trainer and then franchise owner is an inspiring one. After 36 months as a full time Personal Trainer with an average 40+ hour week combined with excellent client retention, he had saved enough to fund his very own studio, with a significant loan to boot! Taking on his own Vision Personal Training franchise at the age of 22 was a challenge he relished and despite starting during the GFC his owner operated studio has had year on year growth. Under his leadership he has developed and mentored a great team of Personal Trainers and his studio Vision Personal Training Clarence St has produced some of the top trainers who have gone on to own their own studios within the network. Elliott prides himself on the development program he provides his team, and is proud of the results and impact his trainers are having on the lives of their clients. His dedication to weight training is evident with over 20 years lifting experience, and he has competed in Natural Body Building on four occasions, placing as high as 2nd with WNBF and ANB federations. Elliott has a passion for business, personal development and leadership. He loves meeting inspiring people and spending time with his young family. Elliott's goal is to make the passion of health and fitness a viable long term career for his trainers, and is constantly working on leadership, mentoring and the development of his team.
