I see myself as a self driven, highly motivated person. My strong analytical, organisational and time management skills have enabled me to work in increasingly challenging roles over my career. Through observation of the fundamental business process I am easily able to identify strengths and weaknesses in financial and administration systems and develop ways to create efficient and effective processes to ensure the smooth running of business. In addition to my work experiences I have excellent interpersonal, communication and negotiation skills. Employers, staff and external stakeholders have commented that my major strengths include a mature and professional manner when communicating with people during difficult situations. My qualifications include a Bachelor of Business/Accounting degree and a Masters of Business Administration with numerous achievements at high distinction, distinction and credit level. I also have an ongoing commitment to further study and professional development.
