I am fanatical about the customer experience. I understand that every interaction with a customer from any department in our business is an opportunity to build confidence and trust in our business, which leads to increase retention. Throughout my career I have honed the skill of earning trust from our customers. I have a degree in Electrical Engineering and a MBA from the University of Utah. Currently I oversee the operations for eFileCabinet, an industry leader in Document Management subscription software. With an organizational focus on customer engagement and success. In 2007, I co-founded a successful medical/dental IT company, where I have managed the IT projects, delivering technical solutions that improved efficiencies and increased office revenue. I gained experience in the medical and dental practice industry, as well as the application of technology and IT in the industry. Prior to this, I was the Vice President of Operations for a local high-end lighting control manufacturing company. I began as an Electrical Engineer with the company and advanced to Engineering Manager, and then to VP of Operations. In the nearly 7 years with the company I developed award wining industry products, including a complete new product line that allowed us to enter the 3 Billion dollar retrofit lighting control market. I have experience in the complete product development life cycle. I have put together R&D teams, managed operational support groups, and organized oversight committee's to deliver successful projects.
