I was born in Sydney CBD, grew up on a farm just outside Sydney and spent 17 years in London primarily doing Recruitment Management. Presently I am responsible for internal recruitment at PA and the delivery of recruitment and resourcing services, including consulting services, to PA's clients. I am responsible for the design of Recruitment Management Systems in Microsoft Dynamics AX and CRM for Australia, the United States and the United Kingdom. I have 20+ years recruitment experience, first with MSB International and then as Commercial Business Director at Innovation where I did contract, fixed price project and permanent IT recruitment. I also provided managed services, PSL tenders, and had sole agency agreements with Simmons Magee, London Electricity Telecomms, P&P Corporate Systems, Ameridata, GE Data ABN Amro and others. I have concurrently managed up to 80 contractors, a team of 7 recruitment consultants + support staff. I have successfuly managed up to 30 direct staff including recruitment consultants and resourcers, sales people, account managers, finance, training and a web development team. My own brands have included erecruitment.com, careerbuilder.co.uk and staffmaster.com, all of which provided recruitment services primarily in London in IT, as well as a range of other product offerings. I also own the registered trademarks for StaffMaster and Flexilearn in the UK and online recruitment patent 6,701,313 in the United States. I have designed Recruitment Management Systems and Sales Management Systems. I have extensive experience of related software products including data parsing, relational database design, matching and filtering, applicant management and multiposting. I also built up a successful IT online and classroom training business, managing sales teams concurrently in consumer and corporate training and recruitment, primarily in IT covering UK and Europe, eg: trebling revenue at New Horizons London in less than a year.
