Graham is an enthusiastic and compassionate business leader with a strong understanding of the efficient operation of large teams. With a strong background in game engine development and graphics technology, Graham has over 30 years of experience in programming and more than 2 decades of AAA games industry experience. Graham started his career at Codemasters working on racing titles including Race Driver GRiD and Colin McRae DiRT. After several years building the foundations for Codemasters' EGO engine as a Lead Programmer, he moved to Activision in 2009 to lead the development of the FLAME engine, DJ Hero 2, and Guitar Hero Live as Technical Director. In 2016, Graham co-founded a new game development studio - Third Kind Games. The company has gone from strength to strength and is now one of the largest independently owned games studios in the UK with a second studio in Poland and remote workers across Europe.
