Transportation M&A Advisor at Corporate Finance in Europe

Hello, thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. Following, a summary of my professional journey; I've been involved in transport and freight logistics for twenty years and I can determine myself as an industry's young professional with relevant professional and personal skills. Indeed to say, twenty years in the transportation industry left a remarkable track on my personality and defined my character; I've had opportunities to be part of various local and international companies, whereas I became familiar with several corporate cultures, from family-run businesses to the largest global corporations. I have worked on a broad variety of shipments and projects, which one after another were becoming more and more complex; the industry itself leaves the impression that it gives endless possibilities for its associates and keeps engaged in solving indivisible challenges. Activities in the international transport industry allowed me to gain understandings of manufacturing processes and gave me practical knowledge of international trade. My competencies and specializations include overall understanding of general business codes, business ethics and business processes. In parallel I've attained degrees in education: a BBA in International Business and Foreign Trade and an MBA focused on Logistics and Freight Forwarding. About five years ago, I stepped into the Mergers & Acquisitions sector of corporate finances and started supporting transportation companies with their M&A strategies basically in European countries.
