One of the most asked questions of mine is "ok, so that's the way it's done normally. But is that right?". This question has been asked so many times in so many circumstances, I have stopped counting. But the results have formed the life I lead today. It is important to me to not simply accept things I don't like. I want to change them. I want to change the way things are done "normally". That's why I became an Entrepreneur. Nothing else gives me more opportunities to follow this personal compass. I lead my companies and projects different than others might do it. And that's what I want to pass on: Don't let the status quo stand if it's not good. I have gathered a great team which shares this passion of asking questions and promoting change. And I try going the extra mile by transferring this to everything I do: Teaching, mentoring, podcasting and volunteering. A friend asked me what I would like God to tell me once I die and I meet him. I had three answers: - "Haha" (being a member of the German sceptic society, I'd be pretty surprised to be greeted by God - should he exist, he would probably be able to laugh at me and my scepticism) - "You were a great father" - "You left the world slightly better than you found it" That just about sums it up.
