I have the ability to spot parallels between statistical data and business scenarios and make sense of how events or changes in customer behavior affect sales returns. This helps me suggest and influence actions resulting in better return on investments. With 20 years of experience under my belt in different roles like Customer Facing Agent, Agency Account Manager, Corporate Dealing Administrator, Commercial Analyst, Sales Manager, Commercial Development Manager and Business Analysis Manager I have multi-sided exposure to Commercial Airline business and having worked in Oman, Saudi Arabia and UAE have awareness of the subtle differences between each societies. In 2012, I project managed commercial side of integration between BA and bmi for Middle East Sales Area, working closely with teams in Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Lebanon and Jordan. From June 2013, I am part of Emirates as Business Analysis Manager - Commercial Operations for Europe and Russian Federation with accountability for Europe At British Airways I was able to conceive, create and deliver change - both strategically and culturally, which culminated in significant revenue growth, customer engagement and finally a re-organisation of Middle East to a sharper, swifter organisation. With Emirates I am stretching and growing to the huge ambitions of the organization, tapping into commercial acumen of market experts and sharpening collective insights by democratizing data with user friendly design/dissemination of statistical information.
