Responsible for the development and execution of the ambulatory care operational strategy to maximize the performance of the Central and Southern California regions. The two regions cover the Stockton, Merced, Bakersfield, Northridge and Inland Empire markets. Combined, the regions average over $160M in gross fee for service and capitation revenue annually, 150k managed care lives and 270k visits annually with over 130 employed providers. Position partners with leaders throughout Dignity Health to drive initiatives, programs and services to enable the organization to deliver on its mission, strategies, and goals. Position reports directly to the COO of Dignity Health Medical Foundation and has five Director level reports.
