I love building beautiful, responsive and interactive sites. I'm passionate about many topics, but city design and transportation technologies (logistics, intermodal freight transportation, automation, HCI) have a special place in my heart as one of the ingredients to economic and societal progress -- I'd love to help create more human-friendly modes of transportation as well as more efficient logistical tools. I also enjoy geeking out on new ideas, psychology, history, and personalized health. My career has been a windy & fun journey: running the eCampaign operations for the Ron Paul Presidential Campaign in 2008, joining a UAV startup out of Singularity University, recruiting engineers at a genetics startup growing from 60 to over 200 employees during my time there, policy work with various government agencies (DoT, FHWA, local agencies) and think tanks in DC, building grassroots support for a multiple sclerosis research organization, etc...
