Director, Marketing and Technical Services at Avanti Polar Lipids

As the Director of Marketing and Technical Services, I am responsible for the planning, development and implementation of Avanti’s brand strategy to new and existing products and services. With a strong aptitude for communicating complex scientific material, I drive the development and delivery of high-quality scientific publications (abstracts, company presentations, website/digital content, and marketing materials) in support of Avanti’s products and services with a primary focus on creating brand familiarity and consistency, and product understanding. I work to reach current key opinion leaders and prospective customers through innovative digital and traditional platforms and use analytics to undertake continuous analysis of developed and implemented strategies, as well as the competitive environment and consumer trends. In addition, I represent Avanti at national and international scientific conferences and trade shows in order to cultivate business contacts, provide product education, and develop, maintain, and manage relationships with key opinion leaders, as well as identify new opportunities for technology transfer and commercialization. As the leader of Technical Services, I am the first line for managing and handling worldwide customer technical inquiries related to Avanti’s products and services. Using customer feedback, I communicate with the scientific staff to support new product development.
