Previously at Flatiron Heath ($2.1B exit in 2018). As Chief of Staff during the Roche acquisition, I managed across corporate, commercial, and technical functions to ensure a smooth transition. Following the acquisition, I focused on strategic planning, long-term growth & partnerships, and scaling initiatives. Prior experience at Innosight, a strategy and innovation consulting firm (acquired by Huron Consulting). At Innosight, I worked with leaders of Fortune 500 companies to identify long-term growth opportunities and design new business models / growth capabilities.
