Kate Cfre McNeely

Kate McNeely is a fundraiser with 10+ years of experience in local, regional, and nationally federated nonprofit organizations in the arts, health care, and human services. Kate serves on the Board of Directors for the Association of Fundraising Professionals, Greater Atlanta Chapter and is a graduate of Leadership Buckhead class of 2020. She received her B.A. from Guilford College and was born and raised in Buckhannon, WV. She currently serves as the Director of Development at Georgia Asylum & Immigration Network (GAIN), an Atlanta-based nonprofit providing free immigration legal services to victims of crime and persecution. Kate believes in an ethical fundraising model that values impact over influence, and is driven by equity and authenticity. She also believes in giving back, and is a mentor, volunteer, donor, occasional creative, and reluctant amateur graphic designer.
