After completing tertiary education in Quantity Surveying, I have worked as Commercial Manager, Contracts Manager, Quantity Surveyor and Consultant representing the client, main contractor and third parties. My project experience is broad and includes: Hospitals and Healthcare, Commercial, Mining and Resources, Airport, Power, Marine, Roads, Piping and general infrastructure. Throughout my career I have focused on leading best practise commercial and financial management and developing project controls and reporting mechanisms to ensure total transparency and mitigate risk. As subject matter expert, I provide contractual advice to project management teams including: estimating services, procurement advice, claims preparation and defence, budget and cost control advice, issuing and evaluating contract variations and implementing and managing commercial procedures. These skills and experience have supported the successful transition to the consulting environment, providing commercial expertise, due diligence and analysis across a range of projects.
