Being an international student for all of my university life, has made me comfortable and at home in interacting with a diverse crowd. I am especially experienced in working with robots and throughout my undergrad life I have developed several robots to fulfill specialized needs under time-valued constraints. I like dabbling in scripts and programs to make everyday life easier by automating tasks. My long term goals now revolve around an integration of the applications of machine learning and robotics. Which is why I have chosen to specialize in Machine Learning at UB. While studying at UB, I have also developed other projects pertaining to distributed systems, and computer vision & image processing. This has helped me a great deal in expanding my skill set in these domains, and CVIP, in particular, can tie in very well with robotics and help me design (software) and thus, I can do my part in contributing to society, making the world a better place, one project at a time.
