As an Innovation & Information Technology executive, my career has led me to specialize increasingly in the management of global multi-cultural digital transformation projects. Having diligently worked my way up through the ranks of IT over many years, I have evolved from different C-level positions to a strong and focused digital transformation leadership role and I have experience in strategic forward-planning to align the business with the digital age. In an increasingly digital world where customers are demanding fresh information and the ability to buy wherever, whenever and however they want, businesses may want to rethink their global strategies to better fit the market and its customers. All of this requires a new kind of digital leadership able to plan and execute long-term strategy around driving customer awareness, engagement, experience, and monetization. When it comes to innovation, this leadership should develop new channels and business models, as well as new, creative and disruptive products and services. I firmly believe in the use of modern leadership methods (through people motivation and involvement in both decision-making and target-setting, clarity in communication and easy personal inter-relations). I am extremely passionate about technology leadership, consistently bringing innovation and creativity to large organizations. I live in Barcelona, Spain with my wife and family.
