I advise corporate and tribal clients on a number of issues affecting tribes, including management of cultural resources on or near Native American Indian reservations , tribal governance, tribal environmental and water rights, membership and enrollment, the adoption of tribal laws addressing criminal and civil offenses, and the Indian Child Welfare Act. I regularly appear in tribal court on criminal and civil matters.
