I am Leslie Dietle Olivarez. I am a Founding Independent Executive with Rodan + Fields Dermatologist. Rodan + Fields is the creation of Drs. Katie Rodan and Kathy Fields, the developers of ProActiv, the world's best selling acne solution. I'm always interested in talking to dynamic, driven professionals who are looking, like I was for something out of the box. I am currently building profit centers across the U.S. and Canada. My back ground has been in the Health Care Industry. I've been working for our local community hospital for the past 30yrs. serving in the community at large in the business sector. With a merger with a bigger hospital, I knew changes were about to occur. I was concerned. I was recently engaged , planning a wedding and honeymoon and a daughter going off to college, I decided I needed a plan B...and a extra stream of income. I was introduced to R+F by a friend. After a little research I jumped right in and haven’t looked back. What this company has enabled me to do in very part time hours, around my full time job and a very busy schedule is to help pay for a wedding, a honeymoon and helped my daughter with college expenses. Then the mortgage! But the thing I'm most excited about, is my Plan B just turned into Plan A. I was able to walk away from my 30 yrs in corporate America, to build my Rodan and Fields career on a full time basis! As my passion has always been about"​ great customer service"​, this new opportunity afforded me to follow my passion, just in another vehicle. Talk about perfect timing, my aging Mother has received news that she some major medical issues going on and needs around the clock care now. I now have the time freedom to help her and still build this business from where ever I go, on my own terms. I am so glad I said yes to Rodan + Fields!
