GROWTH LEADER/ HEAD OF INTERNATIONAL BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT During my whole career I have been responsible for winning new business. I have always been highly motivated and skilled in identifying the new opportunities and cultivating strategic partnerships that drive revenue. Growth initiatives included: sales processes acceleration (metrics-based processes implementations), repositioning, rebranding, productization strategies, across-the-platform marketing initiatives, and new product launches. I have created a start-up from scratch, sold it and in two years it has been confirmed it’s worth 10 000 000 PLN in the crowdfunding and stock market. 3.
