I am part of the Anaplan’s Platform Engineering team and lead the Metadata Platform group. As an Engineering leader, I thrive in connecting the vision and strategy to the execution plans to achieve the desired business outcomes. I have been at Anaplan since 2014 and built multiple products from the ground up in an organization that has grown from two hundred to two thousand employees. Over these years, I have also been part of growing the engineering team, building and improving the technical and organizational processes including career progression and performance evaluation. My focus these days is to build a distributed Metadata Platform that is performant, compliant, and resilient. It is a core platform initiative to power the various business and technical initiatives to drive business growth.
