Hi! My name is Marvin Varnphruk and a graduate from USC's Marshall School of Business. I'm currently located in San Francisco as the Director of Sales Operations at Kiddom, an education platform that is taking schools and districts into the future of personalized, digital teaching and learning to help educators meet the needs of every learner. My background is a combination of owning Business Operations (Revenue Operations/Sales Operations) and have traveled around the U.S. solving complex project issues as a Management Consultant. I'm a Certified Salesforce Administrator with experience scaling hypergrowth startups and owning end to end processes, from building new salesforce instances, lead routing, commissions, territory management, custom quotes, custom objects, running analytics, and preparing slides for board meetings. As a result of my experience in consulting as well as being exposed to numerous hypergrowth challenges, i'm able to parachute into many situations and solve complex issues and implement/modify processes with best practices to scale while working cross-functionally to make sure all teams are aligned. More specifically, I have experience in complex excel modeling, data analytics, quota planning, territory/fiscal year planning, deal desk review and architecture, capacity/productivity modeling, commission strategy and execution, and software experience in Salesforce (Process Builder, workflows, software integrations, email alerts, custom permissions, custom fields, logic, quotes, CPQ, approval processes, custom code changes), Gong, Outreach, Yesware, ringDNA, Chili Piper, HOOPLA, Xactly, Google Suite, OrgChartPlus, LeanData,SAS Programming, ACEIT Cost Estimation, Tableau, Oracle Primavera P6 Scheduling and Risk Software, SAP, and Business Objects. I've had training in Salesforce, Tableau, Lean Six Sigma, Cost Estimation, and Data Statistics.
