Mary England’s positivity shines through everything she does. She encourages everyone to love themselves for who they are, while reminding them that they never peak, they only constantly improve. She spreads love all over the world, through the internet, the postal system, and the streets. After suffering from mental illness for most of her life, she recognizes the importance of spreading happiness. She does this throughout her city with hundreds colorful guerrilla art installations. She involves her community in her work by prompting them to take pictures, asking for their goals, and providing celebratory spaces for impromptu parties. She engages with her environment by temporarily manipulating it for the enjoyment of others. Mary leads groups on various topics she is passionate about, including art journaling, self love, and guerrilla art. She encourages others to promote creativity, express themselves, and recognize the beauty that surrounds their lives. She has hosted dozens of large-scale flash mobs, group photoshoots, and other fun events for free in her community. Mary believes in utilizing color, celebrating the unusual, and the healing of cat cuddles. She wants to decorate public space in a way that will inspire private lives.
