I have over 10 years of experience in managing complex IT projects and teams. Since the beginning of my professional career I have been connected with the IT business, where I have passed all levels - starting from the administrator responsible for maintaining central systems to the IT Operations Sr dir. managing a team of over 100 FTE. Recently, I’ve been focusing on the transformation to a new Operating IT model. I have excellent decision-making skills, full confidence in my own judgement and the ability to build long-lasting team relationship. In my managerial career I focus on honesty, communication and team building through development, coaching and promotion. In my work I am focused on goals, such as improving the efficiency of activities, and taking care of customers’ satisfaction. In business relations I prefer to focus on problem solving and flexibility.
