I am responsible for identifying, incubating and scaling assets and hybrid businesses and managing the overall portfolio of technology based solutions within our Customer & Marketing services portfolio. I enhance our business's ability to sell and deliver with excellence by: * targeting investment to market priority * leading a team of product managers that focus the firm's effort to launch technology solutions and new businesses - solutions that drive over $150M of new yearly revenue to the firm * leveraging Firm resources and skills to develop consistently excellent solutions * aligning the impact of technology assets and solutions to the business's strategy Prior to my current role, I launched the global services and asset globalization programs for Deloitte Global Risk Advisory, and helped lead an internal strategy & operations consulting team for Deloitte Touche Tohmatsu Limited. Before that, I led project teams delivering technology strategies, M&A post merger integrations, and technology solutions to clients.
