I have been in the enterprise software industry for over 20 years helping primarily retailers and CPG companies to leverage software solutions in value creating initiatives and projects. Today, I am a sales coach for a fantastic team of senior sales executives who are partnering with industry leading companies who want to leverage advanced analytics to be a competitive advantage in their industries. In my career, I have had roles in software consulting, as a pre-sales solution architect, as a individual contributing account executive and now act as a sales leader and coach. I am an engineer and come from five generations of engineers. I bring a pragmatic, problem solving approach to how software solutions and technology can and should be leveraged for driving value creation. My goals are to be the best coach I can be for my team and my customers. Challenge them when they aren't performing and giving them perspective on what is possible when they seem to have blinders on. I am a passionate global travel with 6 continents and over 45 countries stamped in my passport and growing! I love college football and you can often find me at a good tailgate on Saturdays in the fall.
