First and foremost, I am a natural problem solver. I look at the big picture, dig into the problem, and come up with the best solution based on available technology and resources. I create, improve, scale and optimize existing processes using this approach. I've enjoyed many different projects in my 9 year career in Information Security. This has allowed me to adapt and grow skills in leadership, organization, management, business analysis, project management, and data analysis. I manage a team of 12 that includes business systems analysts, SQL developers, and data analysts. I consistently meet deliverable deadlines, facilitate multiple projects simultaneously, and mentor new and existing team members.
