I am an seasoned professional with cross functional experience in operations and corporate environments. During my career with Holcim I have implemented systems, optimized processes, developed teams, managed budgets, and acted as Project Manager for capital expenditures. As a Procurement Professional I have been involved in the implementations of SAP across two business units, trained different departments across the US, and developed of a procurement team. I automated the MRO (maintenance, repair and operations) procurement process by creating and negotiating e-catalogs, I developed procurement and logistic strategies for raw material purchases. I am an experienced inventory manager with knowledge of MRP systems (materials requirements planning). I am currently responsible for the manufacturing and distribution of a perishable commodity leading a team of drivers and plant operators. I am responsible for raw materials scheduling, management of Profit and Loss statements, plant maintenance, work scheduling and budgets/forecast.
