I am developing machine learning tools to study the brain structure and function using magnetic resonance imaging and I use these tools to build computational models of brain function, and explore the processes of brain reorganization in healthy aging and neurodegenerative diseases. I am the co-leader for imaging of the “biomarkers team”, in the Canadian Consortium on Neurodegeneration in Aging, and also a “chercheur boursier Junior 2” from the “Fonds de recherche du Québec - Santé” (FRQS). My laboratory primary support comes from the Courtois foundation, with additional support by NSERC, CIHR, FRQS, Brain Canada, Compute Canda, as well as the Lemaire foundation.
