I am Principal Software Engineer with 16+ years of experience in data integration, cloud applications, financial analytics, enterprise integration architecture and solution design. In the last few years I focused on creating public cloud-based services with cloud computing platforms like Oracle, Azure and developing and operating cloud-based distributed systems. I hold a Masters in Intelligent Systems with specialization in Cognitive Science, Artificial Intelligence and Deep Learning. My research thesis focused face recognition and human emotion recognition. I have published multiple papers in IEEE and SPIE conferences. My passion is to utilize data like logged tickets every quarter and apply machine learning algorithms to classify based on applications/ teams/ type of request to find the pain points. Also to predict the time and effort required in the coming quarter.
