I am an experienced, results-oriented and hands-on software product management leader with a demonstrated history of building relationships with key stakeholders, software engineering and product teams to deliver B2B travel distribution platforms and APIs that increase revenue, optimize business processes and reduce cost and complexity for travel suppliers and travel sellers. At SilverRail, as part of the product team, I built out the distribution platform and guided the integration of more than 50 train and public transport operators. I also brought to market features that allowed corporate travel agencies and TMCs to integrate the platform with their mid- and back-offices for billing and invoicing purposes. I am skilled in translating customer needs, requirements and opportunities, and corporate strategy into value-delivering roadmaps, product features, epics, user stories and requirements, and managing and prioritizing backlogs and working with scrum teams to deliver value with every release. I have helped scaling product teams and optimizing processes in growing companies while building and maintaining alignment in cross-functional and distributed teams. I thrive in an environment where accountability is number one, and where stepping in to help other teams deliver value is part of day-to-day business. Building cross-functional relationships with internal and external key stakeholders and customers is a skill that allowed me to lead and deliver projects successfully, also across organizational borders. My background as a software engineer allows me to speak the language of software architects and scrum teams, translate industry-specific terminology and iteratively deliver product features. Moreover, I am versed in multiple languages and experienced in working remotely and effectively across geographical, language and cultural borders and time zones.
