As a Director of global marketing and innovation at ACCEO Solutions, a Division of Harris Computer Systems / Constellation Software, I lead the go-to-market strategy and marketing operations (traditional and digital) of various business management solutions. Also as a business internal consultant, I guide the Business Units in their innovation journey (product and service design mandates ). In addition, I am participating in the evaluation of potential M&A opportunities, including their post-acquisition integration. Before joining ACCEO, as a Senior Digital and CX advisor for 3 years, I actively participated in the digital transformation of the customer experience and go-to-market strategy of the Fonds de solidarité FTQ, a Quebec-based financial institution. I also took part in the organizational 10-year strategic planning of the next generation of products and future customer experience. My marketing career began at Cirque du Soleil, where I worked for 9 years. I held various positions that led me to pilot international 360 communication campaigns. I also took part in key digital initiatives as a CX strategist and digital SME to transform the customer experience (online and on-site) and support the business growth.
