In 2012, I launched a technology staffing firm with the determination to give clients a better recruiting experience than they were used to, by quickly providing them the best available candidates and offering them better choices. In 2019, Empower Technical Staffing and Vista Resource Group merged to form Empower Associates, a team of independent recruiter associates under one brand that truly empowers their ability to expand their candidate and client networks, giving them the ability to far outpace their personal gross margin targets faster than any other platform currently available.
